Hi there — welcome to Remote Monitor! 🎉 We're thrilled to have you on board. Remote Monitor is a wall-mounted, always-on video device that gives you true remote presence — instant two-way video and audio connection to your home or facility, with no one needing to answer or accept a call.

Installation (Less Than 10 Minutes)

The device ships preloaded with remote monitoring software — no configuration needed out of the box.
Mount the transparent tablet holder on the wall using the included double-sided adhesive.
Place the device near an electrical outlet.
No drilling or professional installation required.

Account Setup & Activation

Visit the portal at patient.ddxrx.com, create your account, and save your username and password.
Power on the device. Windows password is 0911 (you can change this anytime).
Connect to your Wi-Fi: click Internet, then choose your Wi-Fi network.
The ClinicalAssist App will auto-launch once the internet is connected.
Log out of the default account (top-left corner) — a login pop-up will appear in the bottom right.
Log in using:
Dropdown: patient.ddxrx.com
Your assigned room number
Your username and password
Wait a couple of minutes — and you're all set! Mount permanently once login is confirmed.

Connecting Remotely

Visit patient.ddxrx.com.
Download the DoctorAI Central Monitor App.
Log in using your username and password.
Click Remote Monitoring.
You're instantly connected — no one on-site needs to do anything.
