Visit the Portal Go to https://patient.ddxrx.com

Create Account Create an account and save your username and password

Power On Device Power on the device
Device Windows password is 0911
You can switch this password if you like

Auto-Launch Once inside the Windows system, the ClinicalAssist App will auto-launch

Log Out Default Account Log out of the default account on the device (top left), and it will open a login pop-up in the bottom right corner

Login to Your Account Log in using:
- Choose from the dropdown list: patient.ddxrx.com
- Assigned room number (supports multiple devices per facility)
- Use your username and password

Wait for Setup Allow a couple of minutes, and you are all set

Mount Permanently Mount the device permanently once login is successful

Visit Portal Visit patient.ddxrx.com

Login Log in with your credentials

Click Video Button Click the Video button at the centre of the bottom ribbon

Select Remote Monitoring Select Remote Monitoring from the top right side

Connect Instantly Instantly connect to your home or location
